Position: Team Lead, Field Support 🧭 Location: Remote (USA) 🌎 Work Setup: Work From Home (Non‑Driving Role) 💻 What We’re Looking For 📝 2+ years of related experience 📊 1+ year of experience handling complex and/or commercial claim valuations 👥 1+ year of Team Lead or leadership experience 🧠 Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Provide administrative support to the Supervisor as needed. Assist the Supervisor and assign claims to Field Support Representatives as needed. Complete QA reviews on all trainee claims. Provide support to the Field Support team, answering questions and offering guidance on processing and pricing. Work with Claims Supervisor and Field Support Employees to increase accuracy and efficiencies within the department. Assist in group and/or remote training sessions as needed. Assist with additional pricing on trainee claims. Process field claims (data entry/pricing), as required High School Diploma/GED 2 years' experience in valuating contents claims 1 year experience in valuating complex and/or commercial claims Previous experience in administrative roles and/or retail roles Strong Computer Skills (MS Office/Excel, Google Drive, etc) Excellent communication skills Excellent knowledge of exclaim Highly organized and able to multi-task Able to work independently Exceptional time management skills Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and new technology Willingness to learn and continuously improve Prior administrative experience would be considered an asset Bilingual — English & Spanish would be considered an asset #LI-JC3 #LI-Remote
