The role: You drive strategic growth for Kleinanzeigen PRO by translating business priorities into scalable commercial initiatives for our SMB segment. In this role, you lead a team of Business Development Managers and work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and execute high-impact projects that directly contribute to revenue growth. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to unlock new opportunities and improve existing solutions. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Head of PRO. You bring 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, or a comparable commercial role. You have at least 2 years of experience leading teams or driving complex cross-functional initiatives. You apply structured problem-solving and communicate insights clearly, including business cases and presentations. You have a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact in dynamic environments. You feel comfortable working in matrix organizations and influencing senior stakeholders. You are fluent in English; German is a strong plus. You lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers, fostering ownership, growth, and high performance. You translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and ensure successful end-to-end execution. You drive commercial growth by identifying and implementing scalable solutions for the SMB segment. You collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics to deliver business impact. You build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making at leadership level. You leverage data, insights, and AI-driven approaches to improve performance and identify new opportunities.
