About the Role
If you're looking to help clients reduce taxes proactively while also resolving complex IRS matters, this role is for you.
DiLucci CPA Firm has been serving business owners and real estate investors since 2005. We're known for going beyond compliance—using the tax code strategically to help clients keep more of what they earn while giving them clarity, confidence, and long-term direction.
As a Tax Planning & IRS Resolution Associate, you will support the implementation of tax planning strategies and assist clients in resolving IRS and state tax issues. You will work closely with senior advisors to analyze tax situations, prepare planning recommendations, communicate with taxing authorities, and help clients navigate complex tax matters. This role is ideal for an Enrolled Agent who enjoys both strategic tax planning and client advocacy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has a strong foundation in tax preparation and is eager to expand into advanced tax planning and IRS resolution work. You'll receive hands-on exposure to real client cases while learning directly from experienced professionals, including a JD, CPA, and Enrolled Agent.
