Description Tax Associate Remote | Full-time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Tax Associate to join a fast-growing, high-performing team specializing in U.S. tax credits and incentives. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to deepen their expertise in R&D Tax Credits and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, client-facing environment. You will play a key role in supporting end-to-end tax credit engagements, working closely with experienced professionals while contributing directly to client deliverables and project execution. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation, analysis, and filing of U.S. tax credits and incentives , with a focus on R&D tax credits Analyze client operations, financial data, and technical documentation to determine eligibility and calculate credits Conduct research on federal and state tax regulations and incentive programs Review, organize, and validate client-provided documentation and financial data Prepare detailed workpapers, calculations, and supporting documentation Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines Collaborate with internal teams and maintain clear, professional communication with clients Ensure compliance with internal processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business , or a related field 1+ year of experience in tax, public accounting, or tax advisory Hands-on experience with tax returns and/or tax credits (R&D preferred) Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and U.S. tax regulations Ability to read and interpret financial statements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with tax research tools (e.g., CCH, BNA, Checkpoint, or similar) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Client-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment Why Join Us Exposure to high-impact U.S. tax credit projects across diverse industries Hands-on learning and mentorship from experienced professionals Clear path for career growth and specialization in tax incentives Collaborative, performance-driven, and supportive team culture.
