Job Summary Prepare, review, and support direct tax returns, reports, and related filings for non-U.S. jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with applicable local country tax laws, regulations, filing deadlines, and documentation requirements. Support corporate income tax calculations, tax provisions, reconciliations, and payments across multiple international markets. Conduct tax research and monitor legislative or regulatory changes impacting assigned countries or regions. Assist with tax audits, inquiries, and assessments by preparing documentation and coordinating responses with internal stakeholders. Partner with finance, accounting, legal, and external advisors to support tax compliance, reporting, and business initiatives. Maintain accurate tax schedules, workpapers, reports, and supporting documentation for internal and external review. Analyze tax data using Excel and other reporting tools to identify issues, support reconciliations, and improve reporting accuracy. Support the implementation of tax processes, controls, and system improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency. Qualifications Experience in non-U.S. direct tax, including corporate income tax compliance and reporting. Hands-on tax experience across at least two to three countries, preferably within EMEA, APAC, or other international regions. CA or CPA qualification required. Strong understanding of local country tax compliance requirements, filings, reconciliations, and audit support. Experience working with finance, accounting, legal, and external tax advisors in a multinational environment. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis. Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills. Preferred experience working in an in-house corporate tax function.
