Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of Australian Tax Advisory / Tax Consulting experience
• Background in Australian Public Practice Accounting
• Strong knowledge of Australian Tax Law, GST, and Accounting Standards
• Exposure to Structuring, Indirect Tax, and Cross-Border Transactions
• Degree in Accounting / Finance; CA / CTA qualified or currently pursuing
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical advisory skills
• Analytical, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Prepare Australian tax returns and technical advisory reports
• Conduct tax research and draft advice on Australian tax, GST, and complex tax matters
• Support structuring, cross-border transactions, and indirect tax advisory work
• Assist with asset acquisitions, divestments, financing, and IPO tax matters
• Liaise with the ATO on reviews, audits, and dispute matters
• Apply legislative updates and tax changes to client engagements
• Contribute to technical tax knowledge-sharing and advisory updates
• Review and organize client records and supporting documentation
