We are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Administrator to join the Group Finance team of Global University Systems. In this role, you will support end-to-end tax compliance and reporting activities across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, Netherlands, and other international locations. You will work closely with the Head of Group Tax, finance teams, auditors, and external advisors to ensure accurate tax data preparation, timely filing of tax-related documentation, and compliance with global tax regulations. Tax Compliance & Reporting Support Support preparation of withholding tax calculations on interest payments Assist in validating Double Tax Treaty passport documentation Prepare quarterly tax forms including CT61 and R185 Support preparation and submission of corporate tax compliance documentation Financial Data & Tax Reporting Input financial accounting data into tax return preparation systems Assist in gathering and reviewing tax-sensitive general ledger (GL) accounts Support preparation of financial data for tax reporting purposes Audit & Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with external auditors to obtain tagged financial statements for tax filing Coordinate with group finance and local finance teams across multiple jurisdictions Support data gathering for Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Pillar 2 requirements Regulatory & Government Coordination Assist in applying for tax residency certificates Prepare banking and regulatory forms (e.g., CRS, FATCA documentation) Liaise with tax authorities such as HMRC for payment confirmations and queries Review and track penalty notices and compliance issues Accounts Payable & Administration Support Assist with processing supplier invoices related to tax activities Support creation of purchase orders (POs) and vendor onboarding forms Provide administrative support for the Group Tax team Ad Hoc Support Support tax-related projects and process improvement initiatives Assist with documentation and reporting enhancements across tax processes To Qualify for the Position Degree in Accounting or Finance. 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with exposure to corporate tax and at least one additional tax area (e.g., VAT) Understanding of tax accounting under IFRS Experience supporting tax compliance, reporting, or financial data preparation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain technical tax concepts to non-finance stakeholders Experience working with ERP systems or tax/accounting software (advantageous) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting (intermediate level or higher) Ability to handle confidential financial and tax information with discretion Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams Experience in a shared services or multinational environment is an advantage Work Arrangement This is an onsite work for 4 months and will transition to a hybrid schedule (once a week onsite) after passing the 3rd-month review. Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Office is near IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas. Office is accessible from Eastwood, C5 Road, Ortigas CBD, and Rizal areas.
