The Center for Victims of Torture is hiring a Targeted Case Management & Behavioral Health Home Supervisor to provide oversight of CVT’s Targeted Case Management & Behavioral Health Home services in St. Paul, MN, including administrative superivision on staff, provision of clinical consultations, mentoring, support and licensure supervision to case managers, social workers, and community health workers as required. This position will also advise the Program Manager on needs of the clinic, and collaborate with other team members and community members. Position open to: Candidates located in the St. Paul, MN area who are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not need CVT to sponsor them on a work visa. Remote status: Position is partially remote. 80% in-office in St. Paul, Minnesota and 20% remote. Responsibilities: Administrative Supervision: Provide individual administrative supervision to the program staff and providers, lead or co-lead discipline, team, or department specific meetings and consultation spaces, lead orientation processes for new clinical staff and providers, conduct monthly performance-focused check ins and annual clinical performance reviews, conduct weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 meetings to review cases and documentation, and monitor caseloads, create and implement discipline-specific procedures, provide insights on potential growth of the program through partnerships and funding. Clinical Supervision and Oversight: Provide clinical consultation, provide clinical supervision to staff working towards independent licensure including leading or co-leading group supervision, oversee the quality of service delivery to ensure expected outcomes and documentation needs are met, oversee professional development planning by supporting staff in establishing goals and recommending training, readings and advancing discipline-specific growth opportunities, oversee groups in partnership with other leadership, oversee intake and referral process according to level of care and discipline, manage partnership with critical community partners, including medical providers, coordinate with leadership on determining client level of care and appropriate services, promote positive morale within the team, develop and/or collaborate on the creation of curriculum on treatment for trauma survivors as indicated, advise program managers on program needs, recommend changes in program activities, design and staffing, as needed, and support implementation of changes, support the program manager in monitoring the billing goals of the program. Mental Health Services delivery: Provide case management to clients as needed including group services, treatment plans, case notes and/or asylum documentation and collaborating with interdisciplinary team of providers. Training and Capacity Development: Advise Program Manager on discipline service needs. Recommend changes in program activities, design and staffing, as needed, and support implementation of changes. Develop and/or collaborate on the creation of clinical curriculum on treatment for trauma survivors as indicated. Conduct trainings in person via meetings or workshops and online. Qualifications: Required education, experience, certificates, licenses or registrations Master’s of Social Work degree or related field of study Currently licensed as LICSW Licensing Supervisor in Minnesota 3 years of experience providing services serving diverse populations and/or survivors of trauma Demonstrated success supervising and mentoring clinical staff members Demonstrated experience developing and delivering in-person and online training Demonstrated experience with Targeted Case Management or Behavioral Health Home Services Preferred education, experience, certificates, licenses or registrations 5 years of experience providing clinical services serving diverse populations and/or survivors of trauma Demonstrated experience providing clinical services to survivors of trauma Competencies (knowledge, skills and abilities) Knowledge of evidence-based and relationship-based therapy models Formal training and experience in clinical mental health assessment, including the use of measures in practice and/or research, including ability to develop rapport, build strong, trusting relationships and work cross-culturally. Knowledge of immigration and asylum-seeking processes Skills and experience working with interpreters Ability to develop and maintain professional, collaborative relationships Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally Commitment to engaging in human rights work Excellent skills in organization, attention to detail and time management (including the ability to meet deadlines) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel) Supervisory Responsibilities Position provides clinical and administrative supervision to psychological services staff and clinical interns, as needed.
