Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Business Support Analyst to support key Epic Tapestry business operations, including benefits engine configuration, eligibility and enrollment processing, provider and vendor contracts, claims workflows, and interface/EDI issue resolution. Assist their Managed Care Health Plan with support and system build. This role is up to 50% remote and may require you to travel to the client when needed. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain benefits engine logic. Maintain provider/vendor contracts and reimbursement logic. Support claims processing through configuration and retro-adjudication. Build and maintain fee schedules Maintain documentation, workflows, and test plans. Troubleshoot interfaces and EDI file issues. Participate in upgrades and new plan implementations. Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution. Requirements Required Epic Tapestry Certification: Epic Tapestry Claims and Contracts Administration Additional Desired Certifications: Epic Tapestry CRM (Cheers) Administration Epic Benefits Engine for Tapestry Epic Tapestry Link Epic Referrals and Authorizations Epic Tapestry Eligibility and Enrollment Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with Epic Tapestry Claims and Contracts Administration as an Analyst Build Experience working in a managed care or shared instance environment. Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
