The Role: You will source candidates as an embedded member of our client partner's company operations. You will embody the company talent brand and articulate the core values. Building strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams is key to success. Creating outstanding candidate experiences is imperative. What you will do: Fully understand the needs of your respective hiring managers’ and collaborate with them to set strategies. Embrace the challenge of identifying the correct talent, innovate the best practices in hiring processes and ensure we are attracting the best in class in all disciplines. Research market trends for sourcing and recruiting and identify candidates directly through industry networking and through various online tools. Provide and gather continuous feedback to/from candidates, hiring managers and others. Partner with Recruiters to seamlessly schedule candidates across various roles/clients. Partner with diversity organizations to improve and enhance our recruitment strategies. Write compelling and persuasive job descriptions that drive results. Become an evangelist of the talent brand, attending relevant industry and recruiting events. You have: Minimum 1-3 years sourcing experience, including successful recruitment of various experienced professionals in an agency/search firm or corporate environment. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, ability to build trust and influence across all levels and effectively network within an organization. Proven candidate assessment techniques. Ability to hold interviewers accountable to process and mentor on best practices. Experience using applicant tracking systems, human resources information systems, and other cutting-edge recruiting and sourcing applications and platforms. A strong network of candidates, managers, etc, that consider you a trusted resource.
