About the Role As a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter, you'll be key in identifying and engaging exceptional professionals. You'll expand our talent network, ensuring high-quality candidate delivery to our clients, especially within the German and Swiss markets . What You'll Do Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract passive and active candidates, particularly within the German and Swiss markets , using various sourcing channels. Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling messages to engage potential candidates and build rapport. Market Research: Stay informed about talent trends and competitive intelligence in Germany, Switzerland , and across Europe. Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment team to understand client requirements and align sourcing efforts. Initial Screening: Conduct initial screens to assess qualifications, experience, and fit. Pipeline Nurturing: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates. What You'll Bring Experience: A minimum experience in talent sourcing/recruitment, or a foundation from relevant courses/bootcamps. Language Skills: German AND/OR Upper-Intermediate English Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. Proactive Mindset: Self-starter, results-driven, and urgent.
