Role Overview As a Tech Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality tech candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter. Your role is critical to ensuring a steady stream of top candidates for our recruiting team to move through the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Source technical candidates (e.g., software engineers, developers, data professionals) using LinkedIn Recruiter as the primary tool. Use advanced Boolean search techniques to find and reach out to passive candidates. Craft compelling outreach messages that align with each candidates background and interests. Maintain and update candidate information in our internal systems or ATS. Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand hiring needs and target profiles. Track and report on sourcing activities and pipeline progress. Requirements 1 to 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter in tech recruitment, ideally within an agency. Proven expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage candidates. Strong Boolean search skills and knowledge of LinkedIn search filters and features. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Familiarity with other sourcing tools is a plus but not required. Basic understanding of technical terms and roles in the software development lifecycle. Experience working with remote teams or clients across different time zones.
