Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter specializing in both healthcare and non-healthcare sectors. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and building a pipeline of top talent. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all candidates. Qualifications Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring processes, particularly in both healthcare and non-healthcare staffing Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for building relationships with candidates and clients Ability to develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates and to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment software is a plus Relevant professional experience in talent acquisition or related fields Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
