Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Recruiter based in Japan to support our freelance hiring needs, specifically in the Information Technology (IT) domain. The ideal candidate will be a local Japanese citizen with a strong understanding of the local job market and the ability to identify top freelance talent across various remote regions of Japan. This role requires an individual who can work independently, think strategically, and deliver high-quality recruitment support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for freelance/contract positions across IT roles (IT Infrastructure, End User Computing (EUC), Networking & Server roles.
