Your responsibilities will include Identifying and engaging professionals through digital attraction and sourcing strategies. Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines and professional connections. Scheduling and conducting professional phone and Zoom interviews. Managing candidate engagement throughout the interview and decision-making process. Assessing motivation, goals, readiness, and alignment. Providing a positive, professional, and supportive candidate experience. Using CRM systems and digital platforms to manage communications and workflows. Gathering insights and feedback to continuously improve engagement and conversion outcomes. Share information, resources, and development pathways with prospective clients. Fuel your own growth by immersing yourself in ongoing training focused on communication, personal growth, and business development. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, high-performance culture. Qualifications and experience you’ll bring 7+ years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, career coaching, sales, consulting, or people-focused roles. Confidence with recruitment processes; advertising, screening, interviewing, assessing talent, and making informed selection decisions. Enjoy connecting with people and building long-term relationships. Open-minded, curious and skilled at understanding what drives others. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other professional platforms for talent sourcing is highly valued. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships remotely. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of your results in a remote environment. Desire to utilise skills and experience and continue to develop and grow. Previous experience in coaching, personal development, or mission-driven/values-driven organizations is a plus.
