If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in. The bit about the role As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll lead hiring across our Global Brands events. Reporting into a HR Director you will hold in integral role in our Global People Team to deliver seamless, high-impact recruitment experience that reflects our values. As part of your role you will Act as a strategic talent partner to multi-level stakeholders across Hyve globally, providing expert recruitment guidance and insights on hiring strategies. Lead and manage global recruitment campaigns for all level roles, ensuring alignment with business needs and regional nuances. Design and deliver inclusive, equitable, and accessible recruitment processes that attract and support diverse talent. Champion ‘value add’ hiring by focusing on candidates’ potential. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to align hiring strategies with broader people plans for their division. Partner with the HR Operations to ensure effective handovers post offer and a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Partner with the UK & Dubai Talent Partner to build, maintain, and share talent pipelines across regions. Be obsessive about delivering an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey. Reduce reliance on external recruitment agencies by building strong talent pipelines, leveraging direct sourcing, and promoting internal mobility. Deliver tailored training and coaching to hiring managers at all levels to build capability and consistency in recruitment practices. Develop and build the hiring functions HiBob as our applicant tracking system to manage recruitment workflows and reporting. Be an expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter for proactive headhunting and talent engagement. Be a data-driven recruiter, using insights and metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes, influence decisions, and demonstrate impact. Act as an internal and external brand ambassador for Hyve and our events, promoting our culture and values through every candidate and stakeholder interaction. What skills you bring to the team Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a core tool for direct sourcing and headhunting talent. A strong understanding of inclusive hiring practices, with experience designing and embedding interview frameworks that support DE&I goals. A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for staying ahead of global recruitment trends and evolving talent strategies. A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships across People teams and multi-level business stakeholders. You’ll know your successful when You’ve significantly increased direct sourcing and reduced agency spend by building strong talent pipelines and leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter effectively. You’ve developed and optimised our hiring module in HiBob, making it fit for purpose and introducing an analytics dashboard to track and report on key hiring metrics.
