🚨 Hiring | Lead Talent Acquisition (Remote)
Skill2Source is looking for an experienced recruiter (3–7+ years) with prior agency/search firm experience to lead hiring across Product, FinTech, Growth, HFT, Marketing, Sales, AI, Engineering and Leadership mandates.
What we're looking for:
✔ Strong sourcing & LinkedIn hiring experience
✔ End-to-end recruitment ownership
✔ Ability to manage multiple clients and roles independently
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Prior experience in Product, FinTech, AI, SaaS, Quant, or Hedge Fund hiring is a Compulsory
