What You'll Be Doing: This role reports to the Head of Talent & Strategy based in Singapore and works closely with a globally distributed talent team across multiple time zones and regions. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you'll drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and regions. You’ll leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making, ensuring a smooth and high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and role requirements Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and offer management Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn and relevant communities Drive efficient hiring processes using ATS tools (Workable) and AI-enabled workflows Coordinate interviews and deliver a seamless, professional candidate experience Support offer preparation, salary proposals, and onboarding processes Track hiring progress and generate insights to improve recruitment effectiveness Stay informed on Global market trends and contribute to employer branding initiatives
