Technical Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Coordinator

About the Role
This is a hands-on recruitment and talent sourcing role. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, screening, and coordinating the hiring of software engineers, mobile developers, AI specialists, cybersecurity professionals, designers, and other technical talent across multiple projects.
You will work directly with the leadership team and act as the first point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
This is not a passive recruitment role where you simply review incoming applications. We are looking for someone who enjoys actively searching for exceptional talent, building candidate pipelines, and helping us identify high-potential individuals before they apply.
What You Will Be Doing
• Actively sourcing high-potential candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, universities, tech communities, referrals, and professional networks
• Conducting candidate outreach and managing ongoing communication throughout the recruitment process
• Performing first-stage screening interviews and assessing candidates against technical, professional, and cultural criteria
• Researching talent markets, salary expectations, hiring trends, and candidate availability across different regions
• Writing and posting job descriptions across relevant platforms
• Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate hiring records and documentation
• Coordinating technical assessments, interviews, and follow-up activities with engineering leads and project stakeholders
• Preparing structured candidate evaluations and recommendations for leadership review
• Supporting offer management, onboarding coordination, and recruitment administration
• Assisting with hiring-related project coordination and operational tasks where required
What We Are Looking For
• Strong sourcing and candidate research skills
• Confidence interviewing software engineers and technical candidates
• Ability to identify strong technical talent and differentiate between average and exceptional candidates
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, technical recruiting, or HR within technology-focused environments
• Strong understanding of software development roles, engineering career paths, and technology teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working remotely with leadership teams across multiple time zones
Nice to Have
• Experience hiring for mobile development, AI/ML, cybersecurity, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, ATS platforms, or recruitment automation tools
• Experience working in startups, agencies, or fast-moving technology environments
• Basic project coordination or operations experience
