The Role The Talent Acquisition Assistant will support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations. You'll manage job postings, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records, and help deliver an efficient, consistent hiring experience. Success in this role is measured by timely execution, attention to detail, and positive interactions with candidates and hiring managers. What You'll Do Publish and maintain job adverts on ATS, job boards and social channels in line with role briefs Screen CVs for basic role requirements and flag suitable candidates to recruiters Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, including video setup and calendar invitations Manage candidate communication, providing timely updates and clear instructions throughout the process Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment notes within the ATS to ensure data integrity Support onboarding activities such as reference checks Assist with recruitment reporting and basic metrics tracking for the people team Handle general administrative tasks to support the talent acquisition team and continuous improvement of recruitment processes, join job fairs to different universities, build partnerships with universities, process hiring for OJTs requested by internal teams What We're Looking For Graduate of Psychology or any related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Ability to learn new systems quickly Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, candidate-focused approach Excellent organisation and time-management skills, able to manage competing priorities High attention to detail and a commitment to accurate record keeping Proactive attitude and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and hiring managers Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion Nice to Have Experience with ATS platforms preferred but not required Basic experience creating recruitment reports and dashboards Customer service background or experience in candidate-facing roles Why This Role This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing people function where you'll develop hands-on recruitment experience, strengthen your operational skills, and contribute to positive candidate journeys.
