You will play a crucial role in assisting Swedish-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries and providing timely solutions. Responsibilities Respond to customer emails in Swedish, ensuring accurate and detailed answers regarding products and services. Assist clients with order inquiries, account issues, and other general support needs. Troubleshoot customer problems and deliver effective resolutions or escalate them as needed. Document all customer interactions within the CRM system for future reference and tracking. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high standards of service quality. Identify and report recurring issues and customer feedback to management for process improvements. Remain informed about product lines and company policies to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in email support or customer service roles is highly recommended. Strong written communication skills with a clear, professional tone. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently. Self-motivated and capable of managing time well in a remote working environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and email management tools is an advantage.
