Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone communications. Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order status, returns, and payment methods. Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism. Manage customer orders accurately and efficiently throughout the entire process. Stay updated on current product offerings, promotions, and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer service experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate follow-up. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred. Strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and familiarity with online shopping trends. Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service. Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work independently while managing customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
