Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. Offer assistance with products and services while maintaining complete customer satisfaction. Document and manage customer interactions and issues in the CRM system. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information and support. Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service procedures and outcomes. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle inquiries and resolve problems effectively. Familiarity with customer service platforms and Microsoft Office tools. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
