Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience in customer support or a similar role is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in problem-solving, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard computer software.
