We’re looking for a Sustainability Communication Specialist to help us amplify our sustainability story and contribute to shaping a more sustainable construction industry. Your impact In this role, you will play a key part in translating complex sustainability initiatives into clear, engaging communication that resonates with our stakeholders and customers. You will collaborate with teams across marketing, R&D, operations, and product management to bring visibility to our sustainability journey. What you’ll do Narrative development Create compelling sustainability narratives for our products and solutions Analyse audience expectations, values, and perceptions to strengthen messaging Content creation Develop diverse content such as articles, case studies, videos and white papers Manage the full content creation process with internal and external stakeholders Prepare training materials for marketing and commercial teams Sustainability coordination Support alignment and visibility of sustainability initiatives across teams Monitor progress and ensure clear, timely communication Demand generation and visibility Use digital platforms such as websites, social media, and agencies to promote content Strengthen Etex’s positioning within the sustainability space Support sustainable positioning for sustainable buildings through trainings, CRM and documentation Communication support Support internal communications, including global town halls Contribute to company-wide communication on key topics What you bring Degree in Communication, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field (or you are about to graduate) First experience in communication (e.g. internships, student projects, freelance, or first job) Interest in sustainability or environmental topics (experience is a plus, but not required) Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics Solid research and analytical skills with attention to detail Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g. social media, CMS, basic analytics) Ability to collaborate in an international environment Proactive mindset and willingness to learn Passion for sustainability and responsible business practices Fluent English (additional languages are an asset) Why join us Strong focus on career growth and learning opportunities Collaborative and inclusive culture built on care and teamwork Clear sustainability ambition through our Road to Sustainability 2030 International environment where diverse perspectives are valued Flexible, hybrid working model based on trust “This role is also open to early-career candidates starting their journey in communication or sustainability”
