Support Specialist

We're Digital Transformation Society, and we're looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Product Support team. Your job? Help our users when they get stuck answer their questions, solve their problems, and make their day a little better.

No, you don't need to be a tech genius. No, you don't need 5 years of experience. Yes, we will teach you everything.

What your day will look like

• Reply to customer questions through chat and email (no cold calling, no sales targets!)
• Help users solve simple product issues — "How do I reset my password?", "Where do I find this feature?"
• Pass complicated problems to our technical team (you're not expected to fix everything yourself)
• Keep track of your conversations in our support system — we'll show you how it works
• Share what customers are saying, so we can make the product better

Who we're looking for

• Good written English - you'll be writing to customers every day
• A helpful, patient attitude - even when a customer is frustrated
• Basic computer skills - comfortable with email, browser, typing
• A laptop/PC and stable internet connection at home
• Reliability - you show up, you follow through
