Support Communication Specialist

We are looking for a Support Communication Specialist with:

• Proven experience in internal communication and content management for IT or digital transformation projects, including newsletters, internal campaigns, and SharePoint/Microsoft 365 content creation;

• Strong ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, simple, and engaging messages for different audiences and stakeholders;

• Experience in creating multimedia and visual content, including video editing and graphic materials, ideally using Adobe tools;

• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with project, business, and technology teams within Agile frameworks;

• Knowledge of change management and user adoption strategies, with a focus on increasing engagement, visibility, and adoption of digital solutions;

• Fluency in English is mandatory;
