Reporting Location: Hong Kong - Exchange Tower Workplace Type: Hybrid WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE Own end-to-end execution of product delivery within the category, ensuring all orders are delivered on time, within cost and margin targets, and to required quality and compliance standards. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION End-to-End Execution Ownership – Own execution of all orders from supplier allocation through to shipment Critical Path & Delivery Control – Define, manage, and track timelines across sampling, production, packaging, and shipment Cost & Margin Execution – Ensure orders are delivered in line with agreed cost and margin targets Supplier Performance (Day-to-Day) – Manage supplier performance across execution, resolving issues and escalating where required Cross-functional Coordination – Align activity across Product, Engineering, Quality, Packaging, and Production teams Risk & Issue Management – Identify risks early and take ownership of resolution to protect delivery outcomes Data & Visibility – Maintain accurate tracking of orders, timelines, and risks with clear reporting Supplier Identification & Onboarding Support - Support identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new suppliers to meet category needs and execution requirements Executes Within Supplier strategy and volume allocation defined by Category Director Category product and sourcing strategy Cost and margin targets Quality, compliance, and packaging requirements Success Measures On-time delivery performance Margin achieved vs target Reduction in delays and execution risk Supplier performance and reliability Clear and proactive issue management SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE Strong experience in supply chain, sourcing, or production execution Proven ability to manage end-to-end order delivery and complex timelines Experience working with suppliers and supporting onboarding of new vendors Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills Commercial awareness with focus on cost, margin, and delivery outcomes Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Adaptable and proactive, able to operate effectively in a changing environment and support the implementation of new ways of working
