The Challenge As our company continues to grow, we’re facing increasing challenges in building a reliable data foundation for our supply chain operations. Right now, we lack the infrastructure to consistently calculate key KPIs — and even more critically, we don’t have stable or centralized data sources in place. We need a Supply Chain Data Analyst who can take ownership of this gap by building reliable data pipelines, enabling reporting visibility, and laying the groundwork for data-driven decision-making across the team. Success Drivers in the first 90 days for this Role Able to understand the ins and outs of supply chain operations to ensure data insights are aligned with how the business truly runs. Able to build dashboards that not only track KPIs but also serve as tools for identifying gaps and driving continuous improvements. Your Team When You Join Us As a Supply Chain Data Analyst , you’ll work closely with our Supply Chain Team reporting directly to our Supply Chain Lead, to provide data-driven support across the company. Get ready to collaborate with leaders and teams who rely on insights to optimize their strategies and drive business success! We would love to hear from you if… You’re proficient in SQL, Python, and dbt , with hands-on experience in data modeling and pipeline development. You’ve worked with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) and ETL platforms like Fivetran or Airbyte to transform raw data into meaningful insights. You’re familiar with alerting and orchestration tools such as Monte Carlo or Airflow , or are eager to learn them. You have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a critical thinking mindset when working with data. You’re comfortable working in ambiguous environments and can help build data infrastructure from the ground up — a background in supply chain or logistics is a plus but not required. Couple of the notes about the role This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role. You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Schedule is negotiable. We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff ( https://hubstaff.com/ ) to track hours worked.
