Job Description Summary Coordination with commodities leaders and supplier to evaluate supply chain capacity vs growing business demands. Development of action plans to closed gaps and the management of activities to ensure execution to plan timing. This will require cross functional coordination with Engineering, Quality, Materials Management and supplier functional teams. Post casting material operations involve multiple supplier and processing methods including EDM cutting/Drilling, Grinding, CNC machining and Thermal Barrier Coating application methods. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Partner with strategic suppliers in the post-investment casting space and cross functional GE Vernova team members to create the capacity road map from current year to 3+ years out. Work closely with suppliers to understand capacity and constraints on the full investment casting value stream to implement projects that would remove bottlenecks. Establish robust action plans focused Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost in order to establish the required capacity to meet business objectives. Establish operational rhythms in order to ensure timely completion of milestones needed to meet business objectives. Manage capacity ramp up action plans, monitor and report progress weekly to working teams. Report out to GE Vernova leadership on capacity establishment status and action plans. Partner with key GE Vernova Team in order to ensure the on-time completion of part qualifications, process revisions, asset establishment, part industrialization and etc. Work regularly onsite with key suppliers to support the capacity ramp actions. All other actions as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in operations leadership or program management, preferably within the energy sector or a similar industry. Minimum of 5-10 years' experience with a strong technical acumen in machining of industrial turbine components. Minimum of 5+ years' experience post investment casting production experience. Including Conventional & Non-Conventional Machining, Coatings, Braze, Laser Weld Assembly. Willingness and ability to travel at least 50%. Desired Characteristics MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Gas Turbine knowledge or experience. Strong Lean skills to support key value stream mapping. Established project management skills. Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills. Strategic thinker / planner. Product/Process development experience. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Demonstrated change agent and problem solver. Able to develop a strategy and drive execution in a matrixed environment including risk mitigation plans. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
