Diagnose, research, and analyse issues related to the platform, software functionality, configuration, and data Respond promptly to customers' queries and feedback Diligently walk customers through a series of actions to resolve issues and advise improvements Follow up with customers to ensure all issues are fixed Requirements 3-5 years experience in Infor Sunsystems application consulting Fluent in English and Khmer.
