Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Student Enablement Advisor (SEA). As an SEA, you will provide guidance and support to students and their families throughout the learning process. You will collaborate with students to address academic challenges, deliver tailored advice, and help them stay motivated. Additionally, you will maintain regular communication with stakeholders, ensure high-quality service, and assist in driving student success.

Remote (US-based)

$25 - $35 (Hourly) Part Time

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication to interact with students, parents, and team members
• Proficiency in Education and Student Counseling to assess learning goals and offer appropriate guidance
• Experience in Customer Service to address concerns and provide excellent support
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in the education or tutoring industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred
