The role involves engaging with students, understanding their academic and career aspirations, and providing them with personalized guidance and support. Responsibilities include organizing student engagement activities, coordinating university applications, facilitating communication with partner institutions, and supporting educational and career counseling efforts. The Student Coordinator will also maintain strong partnerships with educational organizations to ensure successful outcomes for students. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students and partner institutions Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience or knowledge in education, academic counseling, or related fields Proficiency in student engagement and the ability to foster connections Experience in student leadership or mentoring is preferred Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle deadlines Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for remote communication and coordination Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field is highly desirable
