Strategy & Operations Manager We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive the implementation of strategic projects for our operations in Brazil. In this role, you will be accountable for designing and implementing some of the most impactful projects of our business, as well as helping us enhance problem-solving skills within the team. What you'll do Solve problems: Collaborate with colleagues from several teams to identify and address operational challenges, with a focus on designing, implementing, and scaling processes Drive operational excellence: Guarantee quality of our operations through supply chain, patient experience and financial management best practices Expand our business: Work with Category, Product and Tech teams (among others) to design and implement operational processes to enable the launch of new business categories Build and innovate: Develop and experiment with new approaches, utilising data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimise solutions Learn and iterate: Assess both operational and financial implications of initiatives, leveraging insights to iterate and improve strategies over time Who You Are (Ideal Profile) You are patient-obsessed.
