We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Strategic Technology Partner Manager to develop and manage our relationships with strategic partners, including hyperscalers, LLM providers, and major SaaS platforms. This is a pivotal role focused on shaping and executing high-impact strategic initiatives that drive co-innovation, unlock new revenue streams, and embed RWS technology as a core component of our partners' enterprise offerings. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of these strategic partnerships, from deepening executive relationships to operationalizing joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies and ensuring the success of co-sell motions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex alliances with major technology platform companies, a deep understanding of cloud marketplaces and co-sell programs, and a passion for driving growth through strategic collaboration. Job Overview Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic technology partners, managing day-to-day relationships and governance across executive, sales, marketing, and product stakeholders. Define and drive execution of strategic partnership plans, ensuring alignment between RWS and partner objectives to achieve mutual goals and revenue targets. Operationalize joint go-to-market strategies and accelerate co-sell programs through channels such as AWS, Microsoft, and key SaaS provider marketplaces. Serve as the internal subject matter expert on partner technology, platforms, and programs, providing insights that inform RWS product strategy and roadmaps. Collaborate with RWS sales leadership and enablement teams to evangelize partnerships, train the sales organization on joint value propositions, and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Partner with marketing teams to develop and execute joint plans — including webinars, case studies, and events — to build market awareness and generate demand. Work with Product and R&D to identify and pursue co-innovation opportunities that leverage partner platforms to develop next-generation AI and content solutions. Lead alliance governance and operational cadence, including QBRs to track KPIs, manage Salesforce pipeline reporting, and maintain a single source of truth for partnership impact. Manage contractual obligations in partnership with Legal and Finance, ensuring compliance and successful renewals. Skills & Experience Proven experience in a partner management or strategic alliances role within a technology, SaaS, or enterprise software organization. Demonstrated success in managing relationships with hyperscalers or foundational AI platform providers. Deep understanding of co-sell motions, cloud marketplaces, and associated operational processes. Experience driving joint go-to-market initiatives that have resulted in measurable revenue growth and market expansion. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and executive leadership. A proactive, execution-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience in AI, language technology, or content management is a significant advantage.
