Role Description The Strategic Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing high-impact sales strategies that drive growth, expand market presence and deepen customer relationships. This role involves identifying key growth opportunities, managing strategic accounts, owning executive stakeholder relationships, navigating contract negotiations, partnering with internal stakeholders and operating with TurnCare's broader business objectives in mind. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with strong analytical, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills. Duties & Responsibilities: Complex Deal Navigation and Negotiation Stakeholder mapping and alignment Contract negotiation and procurement expertise C-Suite Mastery Implementation and project management Clinical and Operational Credibility Product and clinical expertise Workflow understanding Relationship and Communication Skills Executive presence and story telling Consultative approach and active listening High emotional intelligence and resilience Business and Data Proficiency Prospecting, developing and closing new business Data driven planning & CRM pipeline management Virtual and hybrid selling skills Value based & HEOR outcome based selling Leadership & Collaboration Collaborate cross functionally Influence with and/or without authority Lead complex team implementations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field (MBA preferred) 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical device/medical technology. Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and product management software (e.g., Jira, Aha!) Demonstrated success in strategic sales planning and execution. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Highly adaptable, collaborative, and driven to exceed expectations.
