We are expanding our presence in Brazil and building our B2B/B2G and strategic partnerships operation in the region and looking for a highly entrepreneurial, hands-on, and relationship-driven professional to help develop new commercial and institutional opportunities with: companies, universities, NGOs, workforce development programs, and strategic ecosystem partners. This is a founding, early-stage role for someone excited about building partnerships and market expansion initiatives from the ground up in Brazil. The position combines: strategic partnerships, business development, consultative B2B/B2G sales, and go-to-market expansion. You will work directly with the Brazil leadership team, with high ownership, autonomy, and exposure to strategic decision-making. *Please submit your CV in English What you will do Develop new B2B and B2G partnership opportunities in the Brazilian market Prospect and build relationships with companies, universities, social impact organizations, and institutional partners Lead strategic meetings and consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders Structure commercial proposals and partnership models Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and partnership development processes Generate opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting Help build TripleTen’s commercial and partnerships playbook for Brazil Collaborate directly with leadership on expansion and go-to-market strategy Requirements Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or consultative B2B sales Experience in EdTech, corporate learning, workforce development, employability, or social impact initiatives is a strong plus Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Highly proactive, hands-on, and comfortable with autonomy Comfortable operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments with evolving processes Ability to create opportunities from scratch and develop long-term strategic relationships Experience working with universities, HR/L&D teams, ESG initiatives, or institutional programs is a plus What we can offer you Fixed compensation in USD + commission; 100% remote work, with flexibility and a healthy work-life balance; Paid time off and national holidays; High ownership and direct exposure to leadership; Opportunity to help build and scale TripleTen’s partnerships operation in Brazil.
