The position plays a vital part in advancing growth, retention, and organizational scalability. 3. Responsibilities: • Lead product operations and go-to-market strategy initiatives • Analyze product usage and customer feedback to drive user behavior changes • Lead initiatives to boost growth and retention for products • Identify and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability • Lead data clean-up and enrichment efforts to support business needs • Collaborate with finance to implement and scale strategic initiatives 4. Requirements: • 3-5+ years in analytical and strategic roles such as management consulting, investment banking, or tech business operations/strategy • Strong quantitative skills including financial modeling and data analysis • Experience working with data science teams • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proactive attitude with strong ownership and results orientation 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000 depending on experience. 6.
