About the Role
The Strategic Operations Director plays a critical role in enabling the Care Operations teams to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care at scale. This role identifies operational opportunities, conducts analysis, and leads cross-functional projects that enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance across Care Delivery and Care Experience.
This is a highly collaborative, strategic individual-contributor role that partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. This role leverages data, operational insight, and disciplined execution to streamline processes, improve quality, and support the organization’s ability to scale sustainably.
