Our Investments & Partnerships team works closely with investors, advisors, and strategic partners to drive growth and unlock new opportunities across the property landscape. Role Overview We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented intern to support our Strategic Investments & Partnerships team. This role offers meaningful, hands-on exposure to real deal work — from crafting investor materials to reviewing legal documents — and serves as a strong launchpad for a career in real estate investment, private equity, or corporate development. What You'll Do Prepare and refine investor pitch decks for fundraising and partnership discussions Conduct market and investment research to support deal origination and due diligence Assist in reviewing term sheets and legal contracts , flagging key commercial terms and risks Support information gathering and data compilation for investment memos and presentations Maintain deal trackers, data rooms, and internal databases Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required What We're Looking For Must-Haves Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Law, or a related field -- Master's students are welcome to apply Proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, data analysis) and PowerPoint (investment banking /consulting style deck design and storytelling) A basic understanding of real estate investment structures (e.g. equity vs debt, JV structures, IRR/returns) High integrity and trustworthy to handle sensitive commercial and financial information Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to use AI tools like Claude while exercising prudence and critical thinking Good to Have Prior internship experience in investment banking, real estate, or corporate finance Familiarity with term sheets, SPAs, or basic legal documentation Ability to synthesise research into clean, concise outputs What You'll Gain Real exposure to live investment and partnership deals Mentorship from experienced investment and networking opportunities with industry leaders A strong portfolio piece for your next role in finance or real estate To Apply Send your CV and a brief note about your experience in relevant field to [email protected].
