Temmack is seeking a Strategic Content Creator to help transform business intelligence, market insights, and founder perspectives into compelling content that builds authority and drives meaningful engagement.
This is an opportunity to work closely with a growing advisory-led firm focused on helping organizations navigate complexity, strengthen positioning, and achieve sustainable growth across African markets.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Strategic Content Creator, you will be responsible for converting ideas, observations, research, and strategic discussions into high-quality content across multiple platforms. You will work directly with leadership to help communicate Temmack's perspective on business growth, market intelligence, strategy, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Transform founder insights and strategic discussions into clear, compelling content.
- Write thought leadership posts, articles, case studies, and commentary pieces.
- Create content briefs for designers and video editors.
- Conduct research on industry trends, market developments, and emerging business opportunities.
- Repurpose content into multiple formats and channels.
- Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Support brand authority-building initiatives through consistent, high-quality communication.
Requirements
- Strong writing and storytelling ability.
- Excellent understanding of social media content, particularly LinkedIn & twitter(X)
- Ability to simplify complex business and strategic concepts.
- Experience using AI tools for content development and research.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating content creation capability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND preferred.
- Experience creating content for business, consulting, technology, marketing, or professional service brands.
- Familiarity with African business ecosystems and startup environments.
