Job Title: Cold Caller Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced cold caller to join our team as a full-time Cold Caller. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in the United States during US working hours (9-5 ET). Responsibilities: Cold call potential clients to generate new business leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers Submit a pre-recorded video of 1-2 minutes in length that demonstrates sales abilities and a US/western accent. Meet daily and weekly metrics for call volume, meetings scheduled, and closed deals Track all call activity and customer interactions in our CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for lead generation and business development Requirements: At least 2 years of prior experience in cold calling A pre-recorded video that demonstrates sales abilities and a US/western accent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Ability to meet daily and weekly call metrics Strong organizational and time management skills Metrics: Daily: 200+ calls a day Weekly: 20 meetings scheduled (out of 1000 weekly calls) Weekly: 2 closed deals. A closed deal is a customer that posts 1+ role with us and we fulfill the position, and they pay us. Please note that we will terminate individuals who cannot meet the test and metrics in the first week. Those who make it will continue, and we will keep adding more cold callers as each hit metrics and ramps.
