Key Responsibilities Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management Lead workshops, interviews, and working sessions with business and IT stakeholders Act as the primary interface between business users and delivery teams Drive alignment across functions on KPIs, terminology, and reporting needs KPI Standardization & Sales Funnel Definition Define and standardize Sales Funnel KPIs and business concepts Resolve inconsistencies in KPI definitions across teams Establish a single version of truth for key business metrics Report Rationalization & Decision Making Analyze existing reporting landscape (Power BI, Excel, email, portals) Drive decisions on report rationalization (keep, consolidate, retire, create) Ensure outcomes are decision‑grade (finalized), not advisory Data Governance & Ownership Define data ownership and stewardship roles Establish governance structure , decision forums, and escalation mechanisms Collaborate with data teams to align business definitions with data architecture Cross-Functional Alignment with Data & Technology Teams Work closely with Data Architects and Data Engineers to: Identify golden data sources Validate data flows and dependencies Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into data and reporting solutions Roadmap & Value Realization Contribute to defining Phase 2+ roadmap (data ingestion, reporting, analytics) Identify and prioritize predictive analytics use cases Support adoption of self-service analytics and AI-driven insights Required Skills & Experience Functional & Consulting Skills Strong understanding of: Sales operations / sales funnel concepts KPI frameworks and reporting structures Experience in data transformation, reporting modernization, or BI programs Proven ability to drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making Technical Awareness (Non-Hands-on) Familiarity with: Data platforms (e.g., Databricks, cloud data lakes) BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) Structured and semi‑structured data environments Ability to bridge business requirements and data architecture Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong facilitation and negotiation capability Ability to manage complex, ambiguous environments Experience working in cross-cultural, global teams Work Model Hybrid role based in New Mexico Regular onsite presence for workshops and stakeholder engagement Remote work flexibility for documentation and coordination Must align with Mexico business hours for stakeholder interactions Collaboration with offshore teams (India) is required Preferred Experience Experience in automotive, sales operations, or dealership ecosystems Prior involvement in: Data governance initiatives Report rationalization or BI transformation programs Exposure to AI/analytics use cases (predictive, NLP-based Q&A) is a plus Manage project level solution delivery Lead solution design discussion along with business, solution architects, info sec etc. Implementation of Cloud Solutions. Business Engagement Project management & BAU delivery.
