Posted Monday, June 8, 2026 at 5:00 AM We are Subway Headquarters! A dedicated team of professionals supporting thousands of franchisees around the globe. Senior Manager, Reporting & Analytics Ready to build what’s next with one of the world’s most iconic brands? Why Join Subway? At Subway, we are not standing still. We are building. This is a business focused on what matters most: growing franchisee profitability, strengthening our brand and creating long-term value. The people who thrive here are the ones who want to make a real impact. You will not just do the work. You will shape it. We move fast. We think like owners. We make decisions that matter. We hold ourselves to a high standard because what we do directly impacts thousands of franchisees around the world. If you bring energy, accountability and a bias for action, you will fit right in. We take the work seriously, but we also know the best results come from teams that support each other, celebrate wins and show up ready to build something better every day. This is your chance to be part of what’s next. About the Role: This team owns the reporting and analytics dashboards that turn Subway’s operational data into decisions — for franchisees, field teams, and HQ. At our scale, faster and sharper reporting is the difference between reacting to the business and running it. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, leads with conviction, and gets energy from solving hard problems at scale. Essential Functions Own the end-to-end delivery of dashboards, reports, and analyses that power decisions for franchisees, field leadership, and HQ. Drive high-velocity execution alongside data engineering and business partners, turning ambiguous questions into shipped reporting products on a predictable cadence. Prioritize ruthlessly using a clear point of view on business impact — which reports drive decisions, which metrics matter, and where the org is flying blind. Build strong relationships with business partners to understand how decisions actually get made, then design reporting to fit the workflow, not just the question. Ensure the integrity and consistency of reported metrics. Leverage AI in standard workflows and push AI into the reporting surface itself. Skills and Abilities Required Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 6 or more years of BI and Analytics experience, including ownership of complex data, analytics, or reporting products. Strong working knowledge of modern data stacks (warehouse, transformation, BI) and fluency with SQL and Tableau. A track record of shipping reporting or analytics products that were leveraged to drive a business outcome. Strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ownership: treats problems as yours until they’re solved. An AI-first mindset and genuine excitement about what automation unlocks for yourself, operators, and the business. What do we offer?
