We are seeking a Senior Manager, IT-Manufacturing & Quality to lead the technology capabilities that power embecta's global manufacturing and quality operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and scalable growth across our manufacturing locations. You will partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into technology solutions, balancing day-to-day execution with long-term innovation. This role is hybrid two days a week at our Parsippany, NJ corporate office (remote work may be considered for non-local candidates) What you'll do Lead IT strategy and execution for Manufacturing and Quality systems across global operations. Drive implementation of optimization of enterprise applications (SAP and non-SAP), including eQMS and manufacturing solutions. Partner with business leaders to align technology with operational and regulatory goals. Ensures compliance with IT controls, validation standards and audit requirements (SOX). Oversee a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring prioritization, governance and successful delivery with minimal supervision. Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency across regions (NA, EMEA, LATAM, APAC). Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to improve performance and scalability. Build strong partnerships across IT, business teams and external vendors. What You Bring Required: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Information System or related field. 5+ years of experience supporting Manufacturing and Quality processes in SAP and integrated systems. Experience in medical device/pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as Production Planning, Quality Management, and Plant Maintenance. Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP implementations (at least one full lifecycle). Strong understanding of SDLC, validation processes, and compliance frameworks (SOX). Experience leading project teams and partnering with third parties to drive and deliver services. Preferred: MBA or advanced degree Experience with S/4HANA upgrades, integrations and non-SAP applications Experience leading global or multi-region technology initiatives.
