The role involves managing relationships with national accounts, driving sales growth, building and executing strategic business plans, and leading contract negotiations. The Sr. Director will also develop long-term partnerships and align the company’s solutions with client goals to deliver value and drive business success. Qualifications Category management experience required in the tobacco market. Strong expertise in Business Planning and strategic decision-making Proven experience in Contract Negotiation and effectively managing agreements Demonstrated skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding Sales and revenue targets Experience managing and growing National Accounts Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the convenience retail or wholesale distribution industry is a strong advantage
