Posted Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 4:00 AM About Affordable Care Affordable Care is the nation’s leading dental support organization exclusively serving practices that focus on tooth replacement solutions. With a network of 400+ affiliated practices across the U.S., we provide best-in-class business and marketing support so dentists can focus on changing lives through exceptional patient care. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the analytical foundation behind pricing, financing, and Savings Plan decisions across our dental services portfolio. You'll own end-to-end analytical work — data extraction, modeling, recommendation, and stakeholder communication — and your work will directly inform how the company prices its services, structures its membership plans, and designs its patient financing programs. JOB PURPOSE The Senior Pricing and Product Analyst is a quantitative, hands-on role that applies statistical modeling and experimentation methods to pricing, product, financing, and membership decisions. You will build and own the analytical models that inform UCR, willingness-to-pay, elasticity, and performance optimization across the business. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Build statistical models for price elasticity, willingness-to-pay, UCR, and demand forecasting using Python (or R) and SQL. Design and analyze pricing experiments, pilots, and promotions end-to-end — including hypothesis development, sample size calculation, significance testing, and causal inference. Conduct scenario modeling, forecasting, and post-launch performance analysis to support pricing and product optimization. Perform advanced analysis of pricing, product, financing, and Savings Plan performance, including patient behavior and conversion dynamics. Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Pricing, Product, Finance, and Marketing partners. Develop reporting and dashboards that surface the results of your analytical work to non-technical stakeholders. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field required. Master's degree preferred. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS 4–7 years of experience in data science, analytics, pricing, finance, or a related quantitative role. Hands-on experience building statistical models in Python (or R) — including regression and hypothesis testing — and at least one of: elasticity modeling, conjoint or willingness-to-pay analysis, A/B test analysis, or demand forecasting. Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation. Working knowledge of experimentation methods — A/B testing, causal inference, or quasi-experimental design. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or similar. Ability to independently scope analyses and clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience pricing services or subscription products (as opposed to physical SKUs only). Familiarity with healthcare or dental services pricing concepts such as UCR, fee schedules, or patient financing — not required. Experience with conjoint analysis, Van Westendorp, or other formal willingness-to-pay methods. Exposure to causal inference techniques such as difference-in-differences, synthetic control, or propensity matching. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
