Your tasks As a Squad Tech Lead, you will be involved throughout the lifecycle of the software development team with particular responsibility in the leading of new products and deployment in Azure and AKS. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the development team, showing a great ability to direct Squad products and people. You'll be involved in definition of the new architecture and technical decisions. Working in a completely agile environment, working closely with multidisciplinary teams composed by QA's, designers, and product owners, as well as a high-performance team. To be responsible for proposing new ideas and the improvement of the existing practices in the software development. To communicate effectively and respectfully to all members of the organization. To generate and spread a culture of quality throughout the company building a high quality software. You'll be responsible for the development of the product you will participate in. Your profile Experience leading teams. Computer Science Engineering or related field. 3+ year experience as .NET Core Developer. 3+ year experience with Azure. Proven experience in object-oriented software development. Proven experience using Relational BBDD and NoSQL. Proven experience with XUnit and Integration Tests. Proven experience leading teams and manage people.
