As we continue to evolve our sponsorship and data capabilities, we’re looking for an experienced Sponsorship Data & Reporting Manager to join the team on a 10–12 month fixed-term contract supporting a global client portfolio. The Sponsorship Data & Reporting Manager will own end-to-end sponsorship reporting, CRM operations, data analysis and reporting automation across a portfolio of global technology events. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical capability with operational excellence and enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights that support both sponsor success and commercial growth. You’ll work closely with clients, sales, sponsorship and operations teams to deliver high-quality reporting, optimise CRM processes, and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. What you'll be doing Data Reporting & Analysis Own end-to-end sponsorship reporting and performance analysis across global events Deliver executive-level reporting including sales reporting, QBRs, dashboards and ad hoc analysis Develop data-driven insights and performance comparisons using tools such as Power BI Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve sponsor outcomes and revenue opportunities Support financial month-end and reconciliation reporting alongside operations and client finance teams Ensure high standards of data governance, quality, compliance and reporting accuracy Tools & Automation Own day-to-day CRM operations, maintenance and optimisation Partner with client development teams and sponsorship teams to enhance CRM functionality and usability Develop and maintain CRM standards, procedures and best practices Collaborate with client measurement teams to ensure sponsor performance reporting is accurate and aligned to deliverables Identify and lead automation opportunities across reporting, dashboards, inventory management and operational processes Team & Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a central point of coordination for sponsorship data and reporting across stakeholders Provide strategic guidance and reporting support to internal teams and client workstreams Support scalable delivery models through process improvements and operational efficiencies Build trusted relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams What you will bring Experience in a similar data, reporting, CRM or sponsorship operations role Advanced Excel skills and strong general ICT capability Experience working with large data sets and reporting tools Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or similar CRM/database systems Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights Experience coordinating projects and working with external vendors Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments Comfortable working collaboratively across time zones and distributed teams Why you'll love working here Work on high-profile global technology events and sponsorship programmes Play a key role in shaping data-driven decision making and sponsor insights Collaborate with international teams, clients and stakeholders Join a fast-paced, growing global agency where your work has visible impact Opportunity to improve systems, reporting and operational processes at scale Gain exposure to complex global event programmes and enterprise clients Benefits: PTO – 20 days plus public holidays Summer Hours Birthday Day Off 401k – access to fund for employer contributions Health Care – employee cover 100%, dependent cover 25% Dental & Vision – 50% cover Life Insurance Health Advocacy Program Wellbeing & Inclusion Initiatives including access to an EAP Family Leave & Adoption Assistance Rewards & Recognition incentives Volunteering Day Cell & Wi-Fi allowance Generous Talent Referral Scheme Time Off in Lieu Additional Requirements Based on the Central or East Coast, USA Ability to travel internationally throughout the year Ability to work across time zones as required Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 (Fixed Term Contract) Compensation is determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members that are similarly situated.
