Behind every executive summit is a team that made it happen. We're looking for the person who wants to be on that team.

caa produces 18 leadership summits a year — governors, CEOs, investors, and economic development leaders in the room together. The Events & Logistics Intern is one of the people who makes those rooms possible.

👤 Who we're looking for:

✔ Exceptionally organized — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch

✔ Calm when plans change (and in events, they always do)

✔ Strong communicator — professional with vendors, collaborative with the team

✔ Proactive — you spot the problem before it becomes one

✔ Comfortable in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and shared project tools

✔ Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Tourism, or similar

🚀 What you'll own:

• Support logistics coordination for Invest: Leadership Summits across multiple U.S. markets
• Communicate with vendors — AV, catering, venues, printing — and keep the follow-up tight
• Build and maintain event timelines, run-of-show documents, and production checklists
• Keep shared event files, folders, and trackers organized and current
• Support on-site execution when applicable
